Madhya Pradesh: No woman would want her stepmother. What does one do when a woman does not have one, but two, but three steps? One such incident has surfaced from Datia in Madhya Pradesh. There a man did four marriages. His first wife had moved an alimony petition in the court. When she went to the court, she began quarreling with her husband's fourth wife. It came to such a point that both of them began beating one another.

There was plenty of commotion in the court complex. The two females were fighting and dragging each other's hair. Upon witnessing this, numerous people had assembled there. Its video has also become viral on social media. The case involves the family court complex in Datia. On Tuesday, people had assembled there upon witnessing the fight between two women. Actually, the first wife had gone to court with a case of maintenance against the husband, following which the court had instructed to pay Rs 3.19 lakh as alimony or go to jail. Upon hearing this, the stepmother and sister-in-law of the complainant attacked her.

A viral video of a brawl between women inside the family court premises of the district court has made waves on social media. At the court compound, female policemen and lawyers somehow parted the two women. Advocate Bajid Ali Bukhari says that Rajda Khan had been married to Hayatullah, who was a resident of Jhansi, a few years ago. A couple of years after that, Hayatullah abandoned Rajda Khan.

Hayatullah did not give a single penny

In this context, Rajda had lodged a case of maintenance against Hayatullah Khan. In 2019, the court had directed Hayatullah to pay Rs 4,000 per month to his wife and child. Subsequently, the High Court raised the amount to Rs 5,000 per month. But the husband did not pay a single penny but remarried. Hayatullah Khan is working in the railways.

Hayatullah had four marriages

At the same time, in accordance with Wajid Ali Bukhari, Hayat Ullah was married four times consecutively. His sister and fourth wife were taken along with him to the court on Tuesday. His fourth wife and sister attacked him. There is a mobile video of a women's scuffle in the court that became viral on social media. The police in Chirula Veena have filed a case against Hayatullah's fourth wife and sister on the charges of assault.
